Who doesn’t love a THC gummy? Those of us on the East Coast love them just as much as our West Coast friends. And we’ve been looking for a great Black-owned edibles manufacturer to add to our list since we started it. So, we’re thrilled that Matha Figaro, is filling that void. She started with her legacy brand, ButACake. But now she’s taken it to the next level with Jersey City-based CannPowerment. 

"Holistic Solutions is opening as the first and only dispensary in Waterford, which is located within the Philadelphia metro area. Women and BIPOC-owned cannabis brands, like Miss Grass and But-A-Cake, will have ample space on-shelf."

 Matha Figaro is a pastry chef who dedicates her life to feeding people’s minds, souls, and spirits with her “Butacakes.” . Many of us have been conditioned to believe that marijuana is bad, but many harsh and experimental pharmaceuticals are accepted without question.
