The BCB Mastermind is an immersive experience that empowers minority cannabis business owners to thrive in the cannabis industry with best-in-class leadership training and a unique “next-level “business development curriculum.
It’s a workshop, mentorship, and resource group of individuals and companies in the cannabis industry that are open to knowledge sharing and supporting social equity qualified applicants, partners, and other disproportionately impacted and targeted communities of the war on drugs (i.e. minorities, refugees, immigrants, and the LGBTQ+ community).

Our CEO Matha, is on the Infused Edibles and Beverages Policy Task Force of the NJCBA providing its analysis and recommendations on the regulation of cannabis infused edibles and beverages within NJ’s adult use cannabis program.
